Ecc 3:11 He has made everything beautiful in its time. Also He has put eternity in their hearts, except that no one can find out the work that God does from beginning to end.
The maker knows better the purposes for which he makes things. We were created for a purpose and Paul in Eph 1 makes it clear how we function in Him for His purposes. He uses phrases such as “IN Christ Jesus“, “IN Him” vs. 1,3,4,6,7,9,10,11,12,13,15) to show that all things work according to the counsel of His will, His purpose vs. 1,5,9,11. The creator is also the sustainer of all, therefore the “will of God” is the rule of all His actions, and of all His acts of grace and goodness. His purposes are seen in His saving “…were born, not of blood nor of the will of the flesh nor of the will of man, but of God” (John 1:13). We did not choose Him, He did. There are plans and systems in all the circumstances of man’s life; he feels this instinctively, but he cannot comprehend it.
Our duty is to make the best of the present and to recognize the unchanging of the law that governs all things. That if seasons change on you, you trust that God has made all things beautiful and in this season and trusting to settle you in the next season. Time and seasons’ changes are faith builders, change causes us to see God in different dimensions and change also allows us not to limit God in any way. Each season requires TIME, WORK, TRUST. He can be trusted in every season.
