Psa 68:19 Blessed be the Lord, Who daily loads us with benefits, The God of our salvation! Selah
In job application, it’s always advisable to take advantage of all the benefits that come with the job besides salary. The children of God benefit from God because He has set His eyes upon His people. We note that it is not occasional and even conditional on the basis of our performance or righteousness. Rom 5:6 reads “God demonstrates His own love towards us, in that while we were still sinners Christ died for us” His unconditional love is not like human love. Christ died, not for friends, but for enemies. It was while we were yet sinners, that He died for us. That act of love made us acceptable in the beloved (Eph 1:6), and now we have boundless, limitless access to the throne of grace as heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ (Rom 8:17).
Christ purchased all that we need that pertains to life and godliness, that is all spiritual blessings, with an abundance of grace, as well as with temporal mercies and provisions. By prayer we open ourselves to the daily benefits we need that are readily available. God sets the table before us in the presence of our enemies (Psa 23:5) Those that take God for their God, and so give up themselves to Him to be His people, shall be loaded with His benefits, and to them He will be a God of salvation.
