Psa 34:8 Oh, taste and see that the LORD is good! Blessed is the man who takes refuge in him!
God is good, we know this by limited knowledge as beginning experience and growth in salvation. No one can taste a fruit and describe to another the fullness of its taste unless they taste it for themselves.
Through His word, God is displayed in the beauty of His holiness (His glory). To know Him is to enter into the fullness of His greatness displayed in His love, warmth, goodness, kindness, providence etc. In this we experience His UNSPEAKABLE joy; His peace that SURPASSES all human understanding; His never CEASING steadfast love; His mercies that are NEW every morning and NEVER ends. Great is His FAITHFULNESS. To serve the Lord is not burdensome but a delight. How can you make anyone understand all these unless they taste and experience it themselves?
Jesus went to raise Lazarus to give him and his sisters a taste of future resurrection in glory. This is one reason we pray for temporary victories, relief etc, they are a taste of the heavenly. Those who have tasted Christ’s goodness in the strengthening and refreshing of their souls may well receive from His hand no less His gift of earthly blessings as they take refuge in Him.

Thanks for sharing. You only can experience God if you get into a relationship with him.
That is the message the world must hear
