Psa 19:1 The heavens declare the glory of God; And the firmament shows His handiwork
In the recent years, stories have been told of people getting saved through dreams (that is without hearing of Jesus or His gospel). While I do not limit God’s ability to save in anyway, shape or form, I believe by scripture study that God has limited the way and the means by which He will save. And nowhere in scripture do I find God saving by dreams, visions, natural revelation (…by scripture I will present a case).
David in Psa 19:1, says “The heavens declare the glory of God; And the firmament shows His handiwork”. And Paul in Rom 1:20 “For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse”. The natural revelation is to prepare men for the supernatural or special revelation. The natural revelation can create a desire for special revelation, however the natural has no power of its own. This is our starting point.
